Terms of service

Effective October 9, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Distribution AI Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Magic Relay", "we", "us"). They cover our website, web app, MCP server, and the plugins and connectors that link Magic Relay to AI agents (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use the service for an organization, you agree for that organization and confirm you're allowed to.

Magic Relay lets the AI agent you choose work with the social accounts you connect. Your agent can ask Magic Relay to post and schedule, read analytics, organize comments, mentions and messages, and hide spam.

Magic Relay isn't an AI agent itself. We don't control the agent you choose or how its provider runs it. You must be at least 18 to use the service.

  • Give us accurate account details and keep them current.
  • Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account, including actions requested by agents you approve.
  • Tell us right away at hello@magicrelay.com if you think someone else has used your account.

Only connect accounts you own or are allowed to manage. When you connect one, you authorize us to use it through that platform's official API, within the permissions you approve, to provide the service. You can take that back at any time, in Magic Relay or in the platform's own settings.

Each platform decides what its API allows, and those rules change. Features can differ between platforms or stop working when a platform changes or limits its API. We're not responsible for what a platform does, including suspending your account there.

Your content and your AI agent

AI agents make mistakes. Every post, reply, message or other action that sends something on your behalf waits for a person to confirm it before it goes out. Check what you confirm.

You're responsible for what you publish and the actions you confirm through the service, whether you or your agent drafted them. We log each action with the agent that asked for it and the person who confirmed it.

You keep ownership of everything you create, upload or connect ("your content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, adapt and send your content, only as needed to provide the service to you, including sending it to the platforms and agents you direct. The license ends when your content is deleted from the service, except for copies we must keep under our privacy policy or the law.

Don't use the service to:

  • Break the law, or any platform's terms, rules or community guidelines.
  • Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or automated replies a platform doesn't allow.
  • Harass, threaten, impersonate or deceive anyone, or post content that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Fake engagement, run fake accounts or coordinate inauthentic behavior.
  • Mislead people about elections or how to vote.
  • Collect other people's personal information beyond what managing your own accounts needs.
  • Scrape the service, get around its limits or security, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
  • Resell the service or give others access to it without our written permission.

We may limit, suspend or end access if we reasonably believe these rules were broken, to protect other people or the service, or when a platform requires it.

The service, including its software, design and brand, belongs to Distribution AI Inc. and its licensors. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use it under these terms. If you send us feedback or ideas, we can use them without owing you anything.

The service is in beta. Features may change, break or go away, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We'll try to give notice before significant changes, but we can't promise every beta feature will stay.

The service is free during the beta. If we introduce paid plans, we'll show you the price and terms first, and we'll only charge you after you choose a paid plan.

The service connects to services we don't control, including social platforms and AI agent providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to how you use them, and we're not responsible for them.

You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time; the data deletion page explains how. We may suspend or end your access as described above, or if we stop offering the service, in which case we'll give you reasonable notice where we can. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as the limits on our license to your content, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law, still apply afterwards.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, THAT CONTENT DRAFTED BY AN AGENT WILL BE ACCURATE, OR THAT ANY POST WILL REACH A PARTICULAR AUDIENCE OR RESULT.

TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, DISTRIBUTION AI INC. WON'T BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ABOUT THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND 100 US DOLLARS. SOME PLACES DON'T ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You'll defend and indemnify Distribution AI Inc. against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that come from your content, the actions you confirm through the service, or your breach of these terms or of a platform's terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll tell you by email or in the service before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the updated terms.
